GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE

These general conditions of sale govern the sale of tickets through the site https://www.aquaestate.it. We invite you to read these General Conditions of Sale carefully before making any purchase. By making any purchase, you fully accept these General Conditions of Sale.

Our contract

The service fee varies depending on the type of ticket purchased (from €1 to €3) and is calculated as a percentage of the booking value.
Service Fees help us provide you with the best purchasing experience, a reliable service, and dedicated customer support. 

If you wish to purchase one or more tickets, you can select them individually and add them to your cart.

Once you have selected all the tickets you wish to purchase, you can proceed to close the cart and submit the order by entering the payment method. Subsequently, a summary page of the selected products, their price and the options chosen will appear.

At the bottom of the page, you will find the “Make Payment” button, which you will need to click to submit your order.

Your order will be considered as a contractual proposal to purchase addressed to Gestione Piscine Noale srl for the products listed. Upon receipt of your order, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page and we will take charge of the order itself (“Thank you for making the purchase, we have sent you the ticket by email”).

The sales contract with Gestione Piscine Noale srl will be concluded only when you receive a separate confirmation email.

Prices and availability

All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable by law. Information on the availability of the tickets we sell is listed on the site, as well as on the ticket selection page.

Minors

We do not sell products to minors. We sell children's products that can only be purchased by adults. If you are under 18, you may use our online shopping services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Conditions of Use of Gift Cards

All tickets, even those that are not gifts, expire at the end of the season and must be used within the current season. Unused tickets will not be refunded and will not be valid for the following season. Gift vouchers are not nominative and can be transferred to third parties.

Right of withdrawal, exceptions and return policies

I biglietti a data fissa possono essere spostati ad altra data fino alle ore 12.00 del giorno della visita. Lo spostamento può essere effettuato autonomamente dalla propria area personale del portale, anche in caso di registrazione successiva all’acquisto.

 

I biglietti acquistati online non sono rimborsabili in caso di mancato utilizzo da parte del Cliente. Trattandosi di servizi relativi ad attività del tempo libero con data specifica di esecuzione, ai sensi dell’art. 59, comma 1, lettera n), del D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), non trova applicazione il diritto di recesso previsto dall’art. 52 del medesimo decreto.

 

Tutti i biglietti e i servizi acquistati online sono validi esclusivamente per la stagione in corso e scadono automaticamente al termine della stessa.

 

Qualora Aquaestate non apra al pubblico nella data per la quale è stato acquistato il biglietto, a causa di maltempo, motivi di sicurezza, disposizioni delle Autorità competenti o altre cause che impediscano l’apertura del Parco, non è previsto il rimborso delle somme versate.

 

In tali casi, il Cliente avrà diritto allo spostamento gratuito della data di utilizzo del biglietto e degli eventuali servizi accessori acquistati online, inclusi ombrelloni, lettini e relative prenotazioni.

 

Lo spostamento sarà consentito esclusivamente:
• da una data feriale ad un’altra data feriale;
• da una data festiva ad un’altra data festiva.

 

Aquaestate provvederà ad abilitare il titolo di ingresso e gli eventuali servizi accessori per una nuova prenotazione entro la fine della stagione in corso. Una volta effettuata tale operazione, il Cliente potrà selezionare autonomamente la nuova data accedendo alla propria area personale sul portale di vendita online.

 

La comunicazione dell’eventuale chiusura del Parco verrà effettuata attraverso i canali ufficiali Aquaestate. L’abilitazione allo spostamento dei biglietti e dei servizi accessori sarà effettuata dal Parco nel più breve tempo possibile e senza necessità di richiesta da parte del Cliente.
